If the items are not in stock and can be immediately delivered, you must wait for the production time to complete the work. Production time can vary from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the item ordered.

INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING

Each of our products is carefully packaged by insured courier and comes with a warranty certificate.

For lighting items, they are supplied with an assembly instruction manual and with special protective packaging.

In Italy and abroad, goods are always shipped by courier MBE Shipping insured.
We will email the buyer the tracking code as soon as we receive it from the shipping company.

The tracking code will be communicated to the customer once the shipment has started.
MBE will contact the customer to arrange a delivery time by calling the telephone number specified in the order.

Shipping costs are included above 300 Euros and may vary depending on the weight and volume of the item for some destination countries,

Generally, for Italy and abroad, shipping is included in the price for all orders, whether Standard or Express shipping, and always above 300 euros.
